Returns

Should you wish to return a product to us you will be responsible for the cost of so doing. We will refund the cost of the product, provided it is received in original condition, but we will not refund postage costs.

However, if the product is faulty or you have been sent the wrong product, we will refund your costs in full.

You must return the product, together with the original order number, to us at our principal place of business, Grumpy Frog Ltd, Puddocks, Frog Lane, ilmington, Warwickshire, CV36 4LQ.

We will refund you using the same method that you used to pay us.
